What counts as a dispatch?

Each time someone uses your page to route an emergency. Hits the contact form → we email the responder → counts as one dispatch. Failed sends don't count.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time. We pro-rate the difference. Upgrade now, downgrade later — totally fine.

What if I cancel?

Your page keeps working at the Free tier. We don't hold your data hostage. Re-subscribe whenever you want.
